General Fitness/Gym training @Six months:[*Best for Beginner ]

Regular exercise programme for health benefit such as sound sleep, controlling blood pressure, diabetes etc .Its a supplement/drugs/steriod /surgery free workout programme .It doesn’t guarantee weight loss /weight gain or any types of Body transformation .Regular exercise will only ensure health benefit .It wont make u look like a celebrity .Its better to hv a clear goal vision and understanding .

 

Terms & condition :

** Its workout programme for beginner .All exercise of joints and muscles will be taught here .Its good for those who wants to learn proper technique & proper way of doing exercise.

** proper technique of wight handling /breath in and breath out system during exercise /workout posture /Exercise tempo/ correct repetition [6 to 8] or [12 to 15] will be taught .

** weight lifting technique such as Super set/ Tri set/ Giant set /Drop set will be taught .

** HIIT & other cardio session will be provided .

** Facial exercise will be trained once a week.

** Pupming technique such as 7/21 function & 5/15 function will be taught .

** Most tough exercise like Push up/ chin up/ pull up/ Dips/ dead lift will be taught with a step by step procedure within 6 months .

1.General/fitness training will only ensure health benefit .

2.It doesn’t guarantee weight loss /weight gain or any types of Body transformation .

3.Its a supplement/drugs/steriod /surgery free workout programme .

Honorarium : Consultancy fees 10K & one week trial fees 10 K .

## 6 days per week . 1 hour per session . 6 months contract . Honorarium 3 lac .

Payment system :

### It has to be paid fully during the agreement form signing day .It is non refundable .Necessary security document like passport/Smart card/Id card/business card will be exchanged during agreement signing .
